The free viewing platform Horizon 22--London's highest--offers a 300-degree vista across the city, and it's super easy to book tickets (see here). The interior doesn't have much to offer, so don't expect to need too long there; it's the perfect place to spend fifteen minutes as you're exploring Bank. Once you've finished up, go check out some other incredible free attractions within walking distance: the Garden at 120, Sky Garden (must be booked in advance), the rooftop garden at Coq d'Argent, and St. Dunstan-in-the-East.
