During disembarkation, when people in back of you barrel their way down the line as if they can't spare the ten second it would take you to gather your things... this drives me bananas every single time.
When people put their seat back all the way. I understand doing it a small bit, especially at night when everyone is sleeping, but the entire way? It's quite frequent that I'll be eating, watching a movie on the TV screen, or using the tray table as a prop for my head, and the seat barrels back and I'm unable to do any of these things with ease.
Being awoken for food. Sleeping on an airplane is precious, airplane food is not.
Manspreading. Enough said!
I once had a guy sitting aside me reach across my body to film and take pics from the window (I was in the window seat, he was in the middle one). I would've been okay if he'd asked first, but having him suddenly reach into my space was jarring... and this filming/photo-taking took at least a minute, too.
When the TV screen doesn't respond well to touch and it's difficult to do something as simple as change the volume.
This isn't so much an ick as it is an annoyance... but I sometimes can't tell the difference between the button for the light and the button to summon a flight attendant. I once accidentally pressed the wrong button at night, during takeoff, and two flight attendants came to see me. Oops. I just wanted to read!
When the airplane is too cold, and when the airplane is too hot... both are unbearable.
